職位描述：Work Weight:40%1)To follow up raw material/finish goods non-conformance, supplier/ internal / customer corrective action reports.追蹤不良原材料/成品及供應(yīng)商/內(nèi)部/客戶糾正預(yù)防措施改善報(bào)告。2)To report the non-conformance or exception to supervision and follow up measures of correction.及時(shí)匯報(bào)異常及不符合情況并跟蹤糾正措施。3)To handle with customer complaints and follow up處理客戶投訴。4)Maintain plant validation and change control system to meet regulatory requirement維護(hù)工廠驗(yàn)證與變更控制體系，滿足法規(guī)要求Work Weight: 30%5)To be involved into new parts/new supplier approval.參與新材料/新供應(yīng)商的承認(rèn)。6)To inspect FA parts and prepare the FA information to submit to customer檢驗(yàn)FA樣品，并準(zhǔn)備送客戶的相關(guān)的FA資料。Work Weight: 15%7)QC Lab managementQC實(shí)驗(yàn)室管理Work Weight: 15%8)To coordinate the compound testing in third party and maintain the records.協(xié)調(diào)產(chǎn)品的委外測(cè)試工作， 并維護(hù)檢測(cè)記錄。9)To file IQC/IPQC/OQC inspection records, and prepare daily, weekly and monthly report.保存、整理IQC/IPQC/OQC檢驗(yàn)記錄，制作日?qǐng)?bào)、周報(bào)及月報(bào)。10)To implement IQC/IPQC/OQC quality control system to ensure all incoming/shipment product quality meeting customer requirement and predetermined quality plan.根據(jù)設(shè)定的質(zhì)量計(jì)劃，按照IQC/IPQC/OQC質(zhì)量檢驗(yàn)控制體系的要求落實(shí)公司原材料/出貨的質(zhì)量控制。11)To check the raw material of compound and finished goods as per related SOPs指導(dǎo)QC按照SOP的要求對(duì)醫(yī)療管、噴霧管等產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行檢驗(yàn)。12)Other duties assigned by supervision主管安排的其它工作。1)College degree or above, engineering background or equivalent大專及以上學(xué)歷，工程背景。2)Two or three years’ experience in quality control2-3年質(zhì)量控制經(jīng)驗(yàn)。3)Basic English requirements and computer skills基本的英語及電腦技能。4)Basic ISO9001 knowledge but with good quality concept基本的ISO9001質(zhì)量管理體系知識(shí)，良好的質(zhì)量意識(shí)。5)To be open, active, hard work, self-motivated and good team-work spirit工作努力，積極主動(dòng)，自我激勵(lì)及良好的團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神。6)Basic SPC knowledge and data analysis skills基本的SPC知識(shí)和數(shù)據(jù)分析能力。7)To pass the physical examination of medical field in SIP獲得醫(yī)療行業(yè)的健康許可證。
