職位描述：Job Description:？ Manage and develop key accounts for new product sales. Work with stakeholders at pharmaceutical firms to deliver our expanding portfolio of solutionsKey responsibilities and accountabilities:？ Manage Lingmed’s business on a prescribed territory to achieve sales target; Work closely with stakeholders at pharmaceutical firms to deliver Lingmed’s expanding portfolio of solutions？ Maintain existing customers and develop new customers to achieve sales growth.？ Providing input to sales forecast for business planning？ Monitors individual operating budgets and ensures it within budget.？ Responsible for promoting intelligence databases at major pharmaceutical companies？ Able to interact professionally with senior management at big pharma / device companies in China？ Able to uncover client pain points, and be flexible and creative in finding solutions？ Work directly with product team in driving innovation: short term customization and development and long term product strategy？ Flexibility in learning to work with new product areas and addressing diverse pharmaceutical client needs such as new product launch, product licensing, sales operations optimization etc.Minimum Education and Experience:？ University degree or above 全日制本科學(xué)歷或以上？ Major in medicine, pharmacy, medical information management, public health, chemical or biology is preferred 專業(yè)是藥學(xué)，醫(yī)學(xué)信息，公共衛(wèi)生，化學(xué)等優(yōu)先考慮？ CET-6 above, good spoken and written English CET-6或以上，英語(yǔ)讀寫(xiě)優(yōu)秀，口語(yǔ)良好？ 0-3 years experiences in life science or pharmaceutical related industries is a plus 0-3年制藥行業(yè)或者生命科學(xué)相關(guān)行業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先考慮？ Experience in MNC pharmaceutical company is a plus 外資制藥企業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先考慮？ Strong learning and passion 對(duì)工作富有激情，學(xué)習(xí)能力強(qiáng)？ Strong client leadership and connection 溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力優(yōu)秀？ Ability to manage complex issues and situations 處理復(fù)雜問(wèn)題和適應(yīng)情境的能力？ Good team work spirit良好的團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神
