職位描述：PART I - POSITION SUMMARY 職位概要?Under solid supervisor’s direction to develop and maintain customers of hospital and distributor to achieve sales target. Tocomplete collection and collation of marketing information independently.在直接主管的帶領下完成醫(yī)院及經銷商客戶的開發(fā)、維護工作，達成銷售指標；能獨立完成市場信息的收集、整理。PART II - PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES 主要職責?According to solid supervisor’s requirement, to make weekly work plan and submit it in time, visit customers, develop newcustomers and complete assigned sales target as planned.根據(jù)直接主管的要求，制訂每周工作計劃并及時提交，按計劃拜訪客戶，開發(fā)新客戶，完成指定的銷售指標?Initiative to understand marketing information for related products independently. To build up, gather and update customers’data.主動獨立了解相關產品的市場情況，建立、搜集并及時更新客戶資料?Have the ability to help distributor to manage inventory and order. To evaluate distributors’ business development plan withmarketing conditions and feedback the implementation to management team.具備協(xié)助經銷商管理庫存量及訂單的能力，根據(jù)市場情況對經銷商業(yè)務發(fā)展計劃進行評估，并及時反饋公司管理層該計劃執(zhí)行情況?Have relevant clinical and product knowledge, and have ability to provide product knowledge and solution to doctor/customerand training of basic product knowledge to doctors and distributors.掌握相關臨床專業(yè)知識和產品知識，具備提供醫(yī)生客戶產品使用知識和方案的能力，具備培訓醫(yī)生及經銷商基本產品知識的能力?Be positive to complete company required training in time with relevant exam pass.積極參加并及時完成各項公司要求的培訓，每次培訓都能通過相應的及格線要求?Follow up the bidding progress of product and timely feedback to management team.跟蹤負責產品的投標進展并及時反饋給公司管理層PART III – QUALIFICATIONS 資格要求EDUCATION 教育程度?Medical or Medical device educational background, college degree or above in Clinical, Medicine, Biology related field醫(yī)療或醫(yī)學器械專業(yè)背景，或醫(yī)學，藥學，生物醫(yī)藥技術等相關領域大專以上教育背景EXPERIENCE 工作經驗?At least 3 years sales working experience, especially worked in foreign company is preferred.至少3年銷售經驗，外企工作背景優(yōu)先考慮?Related medical device and nursing product knowledge and experience相關醫(yī)療器械及院外護理產品的專業(yè)知識及從業(yè)經驗OTHER QUALIFICATIONS (Physical, Visual etc.) 其他要求?Be honest and integrate誠實、守信?Strong language expression有良好的語言表達能力?Have certain analytic abilities具有一定的分析能力?Initiative and team work有團隊精神，具有主動性?Proficient in the use of MS Office suite (eg. Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc.)能熟練使用office辦公軟件（例如 Excel, Word, Powerpoint等）
