Job Responsibilities/Objectives 1.協(xié)助日常銷售工作的開展，如處理客戶查詢、報價、樣品申請和寄送、跟進交貨安排、文件準備等Assist daily sales work, such as customer’s inquiry, quotation, sample apply, delivery arrangement, documents preparation etc…2.準時準確出具各種報表和報告，傳遞與收集各種銷售數(shù)據(jù),提供分析意見和建議Be responsible for weekly and monthly report in time; Collect and analyze sales data, provide suggestions and improve plan. 3.跟進各項目進展,與實地銷售保持有效溝通，提供各種業(yè)務支持和后勤服務;協(xié)助與客戶溝通、處理業(yè)務查詢和投訴Follow up all sales projects progress; Communicate with field sales and provide strong support to sales team; Deal with customers inquiry and complaint. 4.處理部門內(nèi)行政事務,與公司各部門緊密聯(lián)系Manage sales department’s administrative affairs; Coordinate with other functions. 5.積極完成銷售經(jīng)理委派的其他工作任務,Be responsible for other sales related work assigned by sales manager. 6.良好的溝通技能，工作努力、細心Good communication skill ,hard working and detailed work 7.具備統(tǒng)計分析能力Some analytical skills Skills, Knowledge & Experience – Professional, Technical 1.大專以上學歷, 管理類、經(jīng)濟類等相關(guān)專業(yè) University/college degree in business or relevant disciplines. 2.至少2年以上相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗 2-year relevant experience or above in a sales assistant position. 3.熟練的計算機應用能力，良好的邏輯分析和數(shù)據(jù)處理能力 Good command of MS office applications; Be good at logic thinking and data sensitivity4.英語水平良好 Good command of oral and written English.
