Mainly Role and Responsibilities:Be working as the owner for OEM new transfer projects. These responsibilities include the development, communication, which includes support customer negotiations, contracts, quotation, NPI, arrange the shipment, etc. Moreover, Should be skilled at using interpersonal skills to negotiate, influence and resolve internal and external customer needs and be comfortable working within teams, and has proven success in supporting project management.Detailed:1. Representation of project/new business at customer-Responsible for the new business/project quotation, contracts, NDA, suppliersurvey, etc.-Communicate with Customers process improvements related to their V/V and FA order and processing patterns;- Provide exceptional customer service by assessing customer delivery, quality requirements and other relevant project issues;- Responsible for communicating and negotiating all the project transfer issue with customers-Representation of project in customer meetings weekly2. Representation of project at internal department- Be responsible for the contact window for the customers and internal department-Work with the internal each project team on the introduction of new products.-Establish adequate project infrastructure (meeting structure, information/ knowledge exchange, documentation)-Track the project progress; report the project status in accordance with the valid tool- Receive & review forecast, PO from customers and forward the forecast to internal related department and load order into SAP system- Escalate & address issues when there's potential risks on delivery per the commit date- Coordinate with internal team on the customer Sample/FA, working with internal project core tem to make sites to ensure customer satisfaction as it relates to meeting/exceeding customer order requirements and arranging all the shipping document-Work with Finance and Accounting departments to assist and help with invoice and overdue payment related issues.-Help build up a supportive culture of cooperation and teamwork3. Responsible for the arrangement for customer visit4. Responsible for the arrangement of OEM in home and aboard exhibitions5. Other tasks assigned by the manager or supervisorRequirement:1. Bachelor degree in Business related field or major in English or relevant2. At least 1 year Customer Service/trading/project management related experience and with Order Entry and SAP systems3.Excellent experience in a manufacturing environment4.Fluent written/Oral in English5.Proficiency with MS Office6. Experience written and verbal communication skills; Excellent interpersonal skills and understanding of customer needs.7. Flexibility in other assignments and able to multi-task.8. Conflict resolution skills – Able to handle complaints, settle disputes, and grievances and conflicts through negotiating with customers and internal departments.
